“My artistic practice is pretty traditional as I make work using
drawing, painting, ceramics and construction.
I love nature and the things I make often feature the animals I see
on The Westhill in Hastings, so lots of foxes, badgers and swifts.
Work in all scales, from the tiny clay foxes I make for everyone I
spot, to large murals. But it’s drawing I truly love.
I guess you might call my style folk arty, but I just render things as
I see them.
I also work with Project Artworks, at a brain injury centre, and
with CultureShift.
I’m exhibiting again in the Coastal Currents open studios this year
and have an exhibition coming at 1200 Postcards bar on Queens
Rd in town. Opening night 9th June. Do come along.”
