Join acclaimed local artist and facilitator Mark Daniels in a charcoal drawing session in the beautiful Speckled Woods. We will be using imaginative techniques to capture the essence of the exquisite chaos of what it feels like to ‘be’ amongst the trees.
Mark’s artistic practice consists of drawing, painting, ceramics and construction. His works often echo his love of nature, including animals that he observes on The West Hill in Hastings, like foxes, badgers and swifts. He works on all scales, from the tiny clay foxes to large murals. Some might call his style folk arty, but Mark says he just renders things as he sees them.
