MONTAGUE ARMSTRONG are fine art printmakers and musicians and composers. They create imaginative visionary artworks using a process derived from etching. In their basement they make original, delightfully eccentric music using Hammond organs and found vintage and modern equipment. They sing in Latvian and have international tastes and are always experimenting, even with live coding and contemporary software solutions. They have been called the Oliver Postgate of 15 Kings Road, I don't know if many people remember 'Smallfilms' but we often find ourselves thinking of the output of Postgate and Peter Firmin (Bagpuss / the Clangers) as a model for a creative life.
