With a background in mental health recovery and community support for over 25 years, Clair is also trained as a Creative Counsellor, an approach that uses image work to bring the unconscious into conscious awareness. She offers art journaling workshops and 121 sessions that create a relaxed and nurturing space to explore whatever needs to be witnessed.
