“My name is Yellow and Green, I am a trauma informed artist, writer and spoken word poet living in the southeast of England.
My work is the process of emotions and behaviours, with an element of light and healing as I navigate the complexities of trauma, motherhood and the world around me.
Writing has been my lifeline, without it I would not be able to understand myself or articulate emotions.
It has been a way for me to unmask and comprehend myself through the voice of poetry.”
