For beginners and seasoned stitchers alike, this workshop will help individuals to create a simple backstitch on printed card, titled ‘love aids growth’, including a picture of a hand throwing hearts and a deep rooted plant sprouting. We will explore how stitching can be therapeutic and healing, following the festival’s theme of Growth in more ways than one. 

Stitch TLC is a wellbeing ladies group, we meet weekly to support each other through the therapeutic and joyful craft of hand sewing and embroidery. Based in St Leonards, we meet every Friday at Tesco Extra in Hollington from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

• Children under 8 must be supervised by an adult
