“I’m a local artist for local people!”

Using drawing, pottery, painting and assemblages Mark makes art about the animals he see on the Westhill in Hastings. 

“I have been making a fox out of clay every time I see one in my ‘Skulk’ project, I’m up to 800 odd now!”

He has recently had an exhibition at The Blackshed Gallery and will be having his annual show at 1200 postcards bar soon (Opening night 7pm 7th June)

Mark has worked as an artist at Turner Prize nominated Project Artworks, also in schools and at a Brain injury centre.

“I’m always busy and never bored.”

He has also been known to do the occasional mural.
